About Festizie
Festizie (real name Festus Ogbidi, born October 15, 1997) is a fast-rising Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and producer from Edo State. Known for his vibrant Afro-gospel sound and heartfelt worship, Festizie has quickly become one of the most exciting voices shaping contemporary gospel music in Africa.
He began his music journey in the church choir, honing his skills on the keyboard and drums before officially launching his career in 2016 with his debut single, Hallelujah. His breakout came with the release of Song of Praise, which established him as a fresh voice in the gospel scene.
Festizie is signed to Spotlite Nation, one of Nigeria’s leading gospel labels, where he released his debut album, Joy (2022)—a project that resonated widely for its themes of faith, hope, and healing. He has since followed up with Colors of Grace (2024) and Uwese (2025), an album rooted in gratitude and cultural expression, whose title means “thank you” in his native Edo language.
He is also widely recognized for his collaborations with fellow gospel stars, including Moses Bliss and Chizie. Songs like Bigger Everyday, Miracle, Ten Million Reasons (featuring Neeja), and his amapiano rendition of Daddy Wey Dey Pamper have further solidified his place as a creative and versatile artist.
With a unique blend of Afrobeat rhythms, amapiano influences, and deep spiritual lyrics, Festizie’s music is both contemporary and anointed—bridging cultures while pointing listeners to God. His recent singles, such as Winning (2025), continue to inspire gratitude, hope, and faith across audiences worldwide.
