Port Harcourt witnessed an unforgettable night of laughter on Sunday, September 7, 2025, as GSN, one of Nigeria’s finest comedians, hosted his annual comedy show “TOO MANY QUESTIONS with GSN: False Narrative” at OAK Park and Gardens Event Center, Port Harcourt.
Despite clashing with the highly anticipated Bole Festival, the event turned out not just to be sold out, but also stood out as one of the most organized comedy events in the city, with impeccable content, delivery, and execution.
The event kicked off right on time, and those who failed to secure their tickets early were left standing outside as the venue filled up to capacity.
Red Carpet, Hosts & Performances
The night opened with a lively red carpet session hosted by Kobo Madlyn, who delivered excellence as guests arrived in their glam. Upcoming comedians warmed up the crowd before the main acts took the stage.
Prof Amani, who served as the host, was more than just a compere, his rib-cracking jokes kept the audience roaring with laughter in between acts. A nostalgic moment came when MC Senator (Chief Donatus of Flatmates) introduced GSN marking the third consecutive year he had the honor of bringing him on stage.
GSN’s grand entrance, with dazzling lights and a standing ovation from fans who clapped, screamed, and even “sprayed” money, set the tone for an unforgettable night. From there, he delivered a masterclass in comedy, leaving the audience fully satisfied and proving once again why he is one of Nigeria’s best.
Star-Studded Lineup
The lineup was nothing short of spectacular with performances from:
- MC Forever
- Klint Da Drunk
- KO Baba Coxson
- Akpan Okon
- Chaka Chaka
- and many others.
Branding & Partnerships
Beyond the stage, the branding and event setup received high praise, with support from partners like Entero Homes and Naira Diary, who contributed to the night’s overall success.
Audience Feedback & Impact
The show sparked plenty of positive reactions from attendees:
Maureen Robert-Imbo shared:
“So my guy Ekwubiri Gsn Godson took his time to pick a date to avoid clashing with Bole Festival like last year, only for Bole Festival to still move to the same date 🤣🤣🤣. He was teased about it but his confidence was next to none 💪🏽. I witnessed his SOLD OUT show. Omo, till 12 midnight people were still coming in—no spare seats. I am so proud of him! I had a perfect weekend.”
PH Microscope highlighted the wider impact:
“It’s high time our State Government sees the opportunity in creating an enabling environment for entertainment. With Bole Festival and GSN’s show happening on Stadium Road the same day, hotels were fully booked, vendors made sales, transporters cashed out, and the overall impact was massive. This proves there’s more than enough room for multiple big events in one day. Kudos to Nonso Iwuh, GSN, and their team for their doggedness.”
Mathias Wisdom also shared:
“From the mic of Mr. Mc Monica Dchildrensdadi at GSN’s False Narrative—Yes! I had a good laugh. Every single time spent there was worth it.”

Conclusion
GSN’s False Narrative was more than just a comedy show- it was an experience that proved Port Harcourt is fast becoming a hub for premium entertainment. From organization to delivery, GSN raised the bar once again, leaving fans excited and eagerly anticipating the next edition.
