COZA City Music star and Eezee Tee signee, Esther Oji, has announced the title and release date of her upcoming album.
On July 30th, Esther Oji teased her fans with the message, “Something’s cooking!!! Guess what?? I’ll be waiting in the comment section. PLEASE SAVE THE DATE!!”
This message was accompanied by a graphic featuring her photo taken behind what appears to be a drum set with talking drums. The graphic also included the text, “Anticipate 30th August.”
From this post, it was clear that new music was on the way, but it wasn’t immediately clear whether it was an EP, a single, or an album.
Then, on August 1, 2024, she shared beautiful Sunday photos featuring fellow COZA City Music stars, Sunshine and Ayomikun. While the caption focused on welcoming the new month, a closer look at the hashtags revealed #NewAlbum among the three she used, hinting that a new album was indeed forthcoming.
Today, August 14, 2024, Esther Oji shared a video that revealed everything. “30th of August!! PLEASE SAVE THE DATE! 2nd ALBUM Title: ‘LIFTED’,” she wrote.
Esther Oji signed with Eezee Tee in 2022, and in September of that same year, she released her debut album, “SOUND OF HEAVEN”, featuring seven powerful praise and worship songs. Following the album’s release, she embarked on a tour, spreading the gospel through music. In less than two years, Esther Oji has won several awards, including the Clima Africa Award, released chart-topping singles, and ministered on some of the biggest platforms both in and outside Nigeria.
While details about the upcoming album are not available to the public yet, based on her debut album and recent releases, we can expect a Gospel album that will shake and shape the world for Jesus.
In the meantime, we can tell that she’s dropping a new album titled “LIFTED” on August 30, 2024.
